Tracy is Vice President of Therapeutic Development at eGenesis. She has more than 20 years of industry experience in the therapeutic field.
Before joining eGenesis, Tracy was the senior director of program management at Wave Life Sciences where she managed a wide range of therapeutic programs and platform sciences to advance oligonucleotide therapies in multiple disease areas for patients with life-threatening genetic diseases. Prior to that, Tracy was a scientific technical leader and program team leader in the oncology disease area at Novartis Institute of Biomedical Research. She spearheaded a large global program team that discovered a novel small molecule prodrug for lung cancers which was successfully advanced into clinical trials worldwide. During her tenure at Pfizer Inc, Tracy took on various roles with increasing responsibilities as senior scientist, project team leader and group leader, where she worked on multiple therapeutic areas and different modalities through various phases in research and development. Throughout her career, Tracy keeps up her publication record, including first author publication at Science, and key inventor for the oncology drug patent from Novartis.
Tracy earned her M.S. from Oklahoma State University and her M.D. from Shanghai Medical University.
