Glenn Vraniak
Glenn Vraniak is Chief Financial Officer at eGenesis and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across biotechnology, medical technology, and specialty pharmaceuticals. He has a proven track record of leading financings, IPOs, strategic transactions, and company-building initiatives for both public and private companies.
Before joining eGenesis, Mr. Vraniak served as Chief Financial Officer of Inversago Pharma, where he helped lead the company’s growth strategy, capital raising activities, and eventual acquisition by Novo Nordisk in a transaction valued at approximately $1.1 billion. During his tenure, he completed a $70 million Series C financing, prepared the company for a potential IPO, and played a key role in negotiating the acquisition. Prior to Inversago, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Evaxion Biotech, Valeo Detection Systems, and electroCore, where he led financial strategy, corporate development, and operational initiatives. He also served on the Board of Directors of Apollomics Inc., where he chaired the Audit Committee.
Throughout his career, Mr. Vraniak has helped raise hundreds of millions of dollars in private and public capital and has guided organizations through significant corporate milestones, including financings, public offerings, strategic partnerships, and M&A transactions.
